Littleton Haven – Modern 3BR Furnished Home

The house was nice and clean. The neighborhood looked a little run down, but it was quiet and safe. Ignore the outside, the inside is nice.The guest rooms beds were firm, but comfortable and the master bed was softer and comfortable. The host was communicative and responded quickly to our questions. My only thing i would change would be having the back door accessible to enter through since it is more convenient..Overall a good stay and convenient location.

Our employees who stayed at the house found it to be very comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax after a long day at a training conference. Check-in information isn't made available until the day of around Noon (our only complaint) so information couldn't be shared earlier before they departed for the trip.

This upstairs unit is very clean and quiet. House is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. House shares plenty of extras; spices, soaps, etc. Great communication with the property managers/owners. Quick drive or uber ride to the RDT lite rail, with easy 20 min ride to downtown Denver. The bar/grille that is right down the street had great food and drink options. Would stay again!

Very easy check in and checkout process. Host was very nice and replied to messages quick. Neighborhood was relatively quiet. We had plenty of room for 4 of us and could have easily fit 2 more. Host also had some local recommendations which was helpful since we were not from the area. Would definitely stay here again or another property with this host. This property would also work if you have children with you.
